SpriteADHD, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Scott Covert / Scovert. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months (currently $0 for free users).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpriteADHD, Scott Covert, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
Your use of SpriteADHD is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
You may stop using SpriteADHD at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
